Do you know about our cancellation policy? Our hardworking staff here at Vitality are committed to providing you with the best service and experience possible. When you book your appointment, you are automatically sent a text message and/or email to alert you about your booking. Approximately one week before your appointment you will receive a reminder email that prompts you to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy, our dedicated receptionists will also call you the day before your scheduled booking to remind you of your appointment. To ensure all of our clients receive the same exceptional service, we require that you provide us with 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that at times things come up in life however we ask that you please communicate with us by calling the spa. This ensures that we accommodate all of our clients and our staff members who work hard to prepare for each appointment.
