Sarah Twomey has been a Relaxation Therapist at Vitality, joining the team in September 2012. Sarah was born and raised outside Houston, starting her massage training at the Nevada School of Massage Therapy in 2003 with the intention of going into medical massage and she completed the program in 2004, working in beauty salons and later running her own private practise.
Following Sarah’s relocation to B.C. she found that her extensive formal qualifications were not immediately transferrable so Sarah enrolled at The West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Meeting Andrea a week after her arrival, her name was put on the schedule at Vitality. (Sarah has yet to complete the Canadian RMT program).
A Kitimat residents for eight years, Sarah and her young family have become a part of the community. Sarah has practiced massage therapy for 16 years, holding licenses in two states and was nationally certified in the U.S. She has incorporated numerous techniques into her sessions through the years and has also trained new therapists. Primarily Sarah offers deep tissue and trigger point therapies along with hot stones and maternity massages. You are in good hands with Sarah.
